The challenge
TekniPlex needed a modern digital alternative to physical business cards, especially at expos, conferences, and client meetings where speed and traceability matter. No scalable tool existed to generate digital cards across the teams. Sharing contact info at events was manual and fragmented. Mobile-first use, QR scanning, and wallet compatibility were required. Brand consistency had to hold while still letting people personalize. And security and user management had to work across multiple business units.

We designed and built a custom digital business card creator so global teams can create, download, and share fully branded digital cards in seconds. Stakeholder interviews across regions to understand event and sales workflows. User roles and permissions mapped for marketing admins and end users. A flexible card template system with locked branding elements. A card generation engine with QR code creation and Apple/Google Wallet support. And a backend panel for admin control, user management, and usage analytics.
