Complete redesign of digital platforms for two leading car rental brands
Project: Dual-Brand Digital Platform

The Challenge
National and Enterprise México required a complete redesign of their local digital platforms to better reflect their global brand standards while improving performance and user experience for the Mexican market. The key challenges included outdated websites with limited mobile optimization and inconsistent UX, difficulty updating local content, offers, and location details across regions, need for a modern, scalable infrastructure aligned with global brand identity and digital expectations, and integrating third-party APIs for availability, pricing, and reservation processing.

Strategy and UX Process
We collaborated with the digital and commercial teams of both brands to redesign and relaunch their local websites in Mexico through stakeholder interviews and workshops to define priorities across both brands, competitive benchmarking of rental platforms in LATAM and North America, custom UX flows for reservations, location browsing, and corporate accounts, scalable design system with shared components for both National and Enterprise, full integration planning for availability APIs, CRM, and backend management tools, and localization for language, currency, and content based on the Mexican market.

Key Features & Technical Implementation
We developed a high-performance website design with fast booking flows, unified reservation engine across both brands integrated with live availability, location pages with dynamic content and real-time updates, CMS-driven offers and promotional banners for regional marketing agility, bilingual content structure (Spanish-first, English-ready), and embedded Google Maps integration for store and airport locator functionality. The implementation followed best practices including performance-optimized layouts, shared component library for dual-brand consistency, accessibility guidelines for inclusive UX, and modular CMS structure for regional marketing teams.
