The Challenge

Peñoles needed to modernize its digital platforms to better serve diverse audiences—including investors, communities, partners, and internal stakeholders—with clear, secure, and up-to-date information. Their existing corporate website was functional but outdated in terms of user experience, navigation, and mobile accessibility. Key challenges included outdated website structure with low adaptability, complex content management processes requiring IT involvement, non-optimized mobile and accessibility performance, lack of integration between corporate site and key stakeholder touchpoints, and a growing need for bilingual and multimedia content delivery.

Strategic UX & Architecture Redesign

We worked closely with Peñoles' corporate communications, sustainability, and IT teams through stakeholder and department interviews to align content needs and user expectations, UX workshops to map journeys for investors, press, suppliers, and job seekers, design of a scalable, WCAG-compliant, and bilingual UI system, architecture redesign to surface high-priority content and improve navigation across business units, and training and documentation to empower internal content teams.

We developed a modern, bilingual website with streamlined architecture and modular page templates, interactive investor relations section with reports, KPIs, and stock performance, sustainability section integrated with GRI standards and multimedia storytelling, flexible CMS with page management, media handling, and publication workflows, timeline and data modules for history, projects, and operational highlights, plus security and performance enhancements for enterprise-grade reliability.
