The challenge
Grupo Castores wanted to evolve the brand online without losing the legacy they'd built offline. The job was to grow digitally while keeping the reputation that took decades to earn.

The approach
Strategic Growth Plan
We built a custom Strategic Growth Plan grounded in a 360° view. Workshops with the Castores team to understand the business and communication goals, align internal brand vision, and pull in market and audience insight. Then a Brand Analysis benchmarking Castores against direct competitors and leading logistics players. That surfaced real opportunities for differentiation.

The solution
Website Redesign & Content
A deep website audit came first. It pointed to real gains available in navigation, content, UX, and search performance. We rebuilt the site in MODX, following UX/UI best practices, on-page SEO, and mobile-first design. Alongside that, we built a Digital Content Strategy covering social, paid media, a content style guide, and a graphic style guide.
