The Challenge
Grupo Castores, one of Mexico's leading logistics companies, set out to strengthen its digital presence through a strategy aligned with its short, medium, and long-term business goals. The objective was clear: to evolve the brand in the digital space while maintaining its solid reputation and legacy.

Strategic Growth Plan & Brand Analysis
We developed a fully tailored Strategic Growth Plan, based on a holistic 360° vision. The process began with a series of collaborative workshops with the Castores team to deeply understand business and communication objectives, align internal brand vision across teams, and gather key market, audience, and operational insights. We followed this with a Brand Analysis benchmarking Grupo Castores against both direct competitors and leading players in the logistics industry, revealing strategic opportunities for differentiation and digital evolution.

Website Redesign & Content Strategy
A key part of our process included conducting an in-depth website audit. We identified opportunities to improve navigation, content structure, user experience, and search engine performance. Based on these findings—and aligned with the brand's need for a modern and scalable presence—we redesigned a completely new website, developed in MODX following UX/UI best practices, on-page SEO optimization, and a modern, mobile-first design. We also developed and implemented a robust Digital Content Strategy including social media strategy, paid media strategy, content style guide, and graphic style guide.
