The challenge
GMX needed to modernize its digital infrastructure so clients and brokers could actually get things done. The goals: unify the public website and broker portal into one platform, improve performance and mobile experience, meet compliance standards for accessibility, security, and regulation in insurance, and give both clients and intermediaries real self-service capabilities.

The solution
Features & Technical Build
We built a fully responsive, mobile-first interface for clients and brokers. Security got an upgrade: encryption, session handling, and authentication. An integrated CMS lets internal teams manage content on their own. The implementation followed a modular design system with reusable UI components, WCAG-compliant accessibility, iterative feedback loops with stakeholders, and clean design-to-dev handoff through Figma and our dev collaboration tools.
