We built custom features in Magento Cloud that tied 4,000+ SKUs back to their inventory platform. Data inconsistencies went away. Shipping integrations automated label creation and tracking, which closed the loop on the customer journey.

Our Development Process
Stage 1: Analysis & Planning. We started with a deep discovery phase to get every requirement and goal from the Billiard Factory team on the table. Out of that came two key documents, a Technology Concept and a Design Concept, which set the direction for everything after.
Stage 2: Development. We built the platform on Magento Cloud with third-party plugins for advanced filtering, product customization, inventory sync, and shipping automation. The custom work focused on making sure the platform could actually talk to their existing inventory system, correctly.
Final Delivery. The new site launched with a far better shopping experience. Internal operations got simpler. Inventory tracking got accurate. Fulfillment got faster. Customers got happier.
