We developed custom features in Magento Cloud to properly connect and organize over 4,000 product SKUs from their inventory platform. Our backend implementation resolved data inconsistencies and integrated with their shipping partner to automate label creation and tracking, supporting the full customer journey.

Our Development Process
Stage 1: Analysis & Planning - The process began with an in-depth discovery phase, where we gathered all requirements and goals from the Billiard Factory team. From this, we delivered two key strategic documents: a Technology Concept and a Design Concept. These guided the direction of development and ensured alignment with business objectives.
Stage 2: Development & Implementation - The platform was developed on Magento Cloud, integrating various third-party plugins to support features like advanced filtering, product customization, inventory synchronization, and automated shipping. Special attention was given to custom development to ensure the platform could communicate accurately with the client's existing inventory system.
Final Delivery - The redesigned platform launched with a vastly improved user experience, helping users navigate and purchase products more easily. The fully integrated system not only streamlined internal operations but also supported better inventory tracking, enhanced fulfillment processes, and improved overall customer satisfaction.
