The challenge
The Auditorio Nacional needed its digital presence to reflect its status as a world-class venue. The old site was dated, weak on mobile, and poorly integrated with real-time ticketing and promotional content. The experience of browsing events and buying tickets was fragmented. There was no dynamic content management or real multimedia support. Accessibility was limited. And the visual identity felt nothing like the prestige of the venue itself.

The approach
UX/UI and Development Strategy
We worked with Auditorio Nacional's communications and operations teams to rebuild the site from the ground up. Discovery sessions with marketing, production, and ticketing. A content hierarchy rebuilt around upcoming events, ticket access, and visitor experience. A flexible, visually rich layout that gives the venue's legacy and programming room to breathe. An integrated media strategy with galleries, promotional video, and artist highlights. Ticketing flow optimization with their third-party sales partner. Plus SEO and accessibility audits for visibility and inclusion.

The solution
Modern Features & Accessibility
We built a fully responsive, mobile-first site with immersive visuals. An events calendar with filters by genre, artist, and date. Real-time ticket link integration with seat selection. A modular CMS for flexible content publishing. Multimedia modules for video, photo galleries, and behind-the-scenes. Bilingual (Spanish-English) structure for international visitors. Accessibility aligned with WCAG 2.1. The implementation followed performance-optimized design, accessible and SEO-friendly architecture, and collaborative feedback with comms and ticketing teams.
